Questions

IT Support FAQs

What's the difference between support and a project?
Standard support handles everyday issues and requests. Project work covers defined initiatives like a network setup or an office move. Managed monthly services bundle ongoing support at a predictable rate.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours support?
Emergency and after-hours response is available only under a service agreement that defines it. We won't promise after-hours coverage that isn't formally in place.
Is onsite support available where I am?
Remote support is available nationwide. Onsite support is available in select North Carolina areas by agreement. Tell us your location and we'll confirm what's possible.
